B A A Profile
The Association consists of 260 members. There are 188 retail members, 29 publisher/wholesalers, 4 honorary life members and 2 affiliate members.An elected Council consisting of 7 members, both retailers and publisher/wholesalers. Nominations are invited from voting members of the Association and elections take place at the Annual General Meeting of the Association held at the National Convention. The President is permitted to remain in the position for a maximum of three years. Both the President and the Honorary Secretary/Treasurer are honorary positions.
The CBAA Executive is elected by Council. The Council usually meets three to four times per year.
The Association employs two people as Administrators.
